About Us

A Time to Dance Performing Arts Studio  is a Christian based Dance Studio and Performing Arts Center offering professional instruction in ballet, pointe, lyrical,modern, tap, hip-hop, Jazz, contemporary.

Our studio opened August 2011 under the direction of Patricia Nealey. After much waiting, seeking, prayer & hard work the Lord brought her passion & vision to life of owning a dance studio,

Our Mission is to equip and educate aspiring dancers of all ages,  using proper technique, to teach dancers to use creativity and soul. We want to our students to acquire enthusiasm for movement, ambition to grow and pursue with passion. Our desire as a studio is to promote the art of dance as an art form we use to worship our Heavenly Creator and to bring the art of dance to our  community. A Graduate of Valdosta State University with a B.F.A in Dance. Studied in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz and Modern for  the last 20 years. Patricia studied underneat the direction of Lovedy Griner and at the age of 16 German dancer Beatrice Corbin. Before graduating she attened Ballet Magnificats Summer  DanceIntensive.
Patricia began teaching at the age of 15. Training dancers from ages 2 and up in all genres of dance. This included choreography for dance recitals in all genre.
Performed in several and chosen as a soloist in Valdosta State Universitys Dance Concerts and the American College Dance Festival.
Given the honor to present her choreography at the American College Dance Festival where her choreography gained positive feedback when adjudicated.
Graduated with honors in Outstanding Research in Dance and Academic Excellence.
Patricia has a passion to dance, create dance and educate others in dance. Her desire is to continue to train and cultivate aspiring dancers of all ages the importance of movement and encourage them to use dance as a form of Worship!
